Customer Success Manager
Pam Nation brings more than 15 years of e-commerce and data management experience, specifically from the electrical distribution space, to DDS as our new Customer Success Manager. Formerly with one of DDS’ original customers, Pam has experienced first-hand the struggle distributors face in acquiring complete, high-quality, and usable product data from industry data sources or direct from manufacturers. As such, she knows full well that getting the data is one thing, but integrating it for use in websites and other digital applications is another.
Pam has truly “been there, done that” in terms of living in the customer’s shoes, and she is excited to join DDS, where she will use her experience and tenacity to help guide additional DDS customers through their entire e-business journey.
Pam is proud to have helped start a number of e-commerce, CRM and mobile app users groups over the years, as well as having served on the NAED (National Association of Electrical Distributors) Adventure (Marketing) Committee. While its chairperson, she focused her efforts on manufacturer-distributor data quality. She has a deep appreciation for and understanding of the importance of community and information sharing.
When she is not helping DDS customers make the most of our partnership, Pam loves to travel, is a die-hard MLB baseball fan, enjoys crafting, has been married for 22 years, and has a daughter playing softball in college.
