Caitlin Skaggs
Customer Success Manager
Caitlin Skaggs joined DDS as a Customer Success Manager in April of 2023. She’s excited to be helping customers by providing the tools and sharing the knowledge that will help make them successful in the digital space. Caitlin brings six years of experience in electrical and plumbing distribution, and two of those years in e-commerce and digital marketing. She understands what the distributor needs and what the distributor’s customers expect from their online experience.
Serving on her local Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky as Associate President (2023), she has “boots on the ground” experience of the challenges faced in the residential and commercial building industry.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, birdwatching, photography, and printmaking. She and her household are governed by two Scottish Terriers.
