Amber joined DDS in the fall of 2025 after building her foundation at an independent gas and welding distributor in the Midwest. As Manufacturer Outreach Manager, she focuses on building strong, trust-based relationships with manufacturers while serving as their primary point of contact.
With a background rooted in customer service across a wide range of industries and markets, Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a focus on marketing and advertising. Her experience has shaped a people-first approach to Customer Success, grounded in communication, empathy, and a clear understanding that great data partnerships start with great relationships.
Amber enjoys challenging the status quo and bringing alternative perspectives to the table, using curiosity and differing viewpoints to expand her understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape. She lives by the mantra, “Impact is what happens when insight meets action,” and brings that mindset to every interaction with customers and teammates alike.
Outside of work, Amber can be found thrift shopping, practicing yoga, or enjoying a seasonal sweet latte (or two). She also loves capturing photos of the moments that matter most while spending time doing the things that help her recharge.
